About Us

Carrie BioCarrie Chisum, Broker/Owner, REALTOR®, Certified Appraiser

Since I began my real estate career in 2011, I’ve been the agent/customer service representative for each of my clients, and have grown accustomed to the phone ringing day or night. Sometimes my friends and family will send a late night text or call, but many times it’s my clients.

I believe that everyone is busy and buying real estate shouldn’t just be a Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM process. In keeping up with today’s busy lifestyle and increasing demands, I utilize my experience and relationships in this area to do what it takes to make my clients lives easier and get the job done.

My mantra is “Anything for my clients!” and when I represent you, you can rest easy knowing you have a REALTOR® you can trust that will go above and beyond, but also make your best interests my first priority.

If you’re not happy, I’m not happy! I look forward to working with you to make your dreams of owning a piece of the Texas Hill country come true!

Scott BioScott Chisum, REALTOR®

Scott Chisum has lived in Real County for over 35 years, with family ties to this area going back five generations. He graduated from Leakey ISD, went to trade-school at TSTC in Waco for Diesel Mechanics, and began working for the family business, Chisum Construction, where he spent twenty years gaining experience in the road building industry. During this time, he built many lasting relationships and a reputation for working hard and getting the job done right.

Scott is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, and helping his two kids with their livestock show projects. In 2022, he started his own business, SBC Ranch Services, LLC., which offers rock grinding and cedar mulching services in the Hill Country. He believes his experience in the area and knowledge of the people are his greatest strengths when it comes to real estate.

Tammy BioBrooke Dutton, REALTOR®

I started in property management when I was 18 and worked my way to asset management and investments in the multifamily industry. I furthered my real estate career by expanding into single-family, short-term, and long-term investments and traditional real estate out of a brokerage in San Antonio. I co-founded the Women’s Real Estate Investors Association where I was able to connect, network, educate, and work with other agents in the San Antonio area. I am experienced in creative financing options, like owner financing, and I enjoy strategizing with investors and homeowners to find their next home project. I’m looking forward to working in the hill country community.
